FounderWhen I began my fitness/coaching journey as a Personal Trainer in 2010, I was widely recognized, after obtaining an ACE Certified Pro, as being one of the most qualified professionals to coach and train clients. With a certification holding accreditation by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)—the gold standard when it comes to the accreditation of programs that certify professionals working in healthcare, fitness, wellness and other occupations— I felt a responsibility to share my knowledge with others, and help them achieve their health and fitness goals, particularly through the means of supplementation.

Beyond my role as Co-Founder of Peak Physique Nutraceuticals, I am a busy mom with a full-time job, who understands firsthand the constant demands of balancing leadership, family, and an overflowing daily schedule. I bring both analytical expertise and lived experience to our KRSTNA: Performance Series line, helping guide product development and brand direction with a practical, performance-driven perspective. My goal is to create solutions that support busy women who expect more from themselves — women who want to lead confidently, manage full households, and sustain their performance throughout the entire day.

In an industry dominated by deceptive supplementation tactics and formulas, reliable sources of exercise science, sports nutrition, and honest marketing are difficult to find. They’re out there, but they are the minority. Peak Physique Nutraceuticals (PPN) is a brand that prides itself in formulating the most effective supplements, using ingredients that are backed by the latest scientific data and research.

The name Peak Physique Nutraceuticals, as many would expect, is a play-on-words. Most people will find it easy to extrapolate partial meaning behind the name: that PPN wants you to live at the “peak” of your abilities; however, there’s a second special, personal meaning behind the name. When my wife, Kristina, and I went on our honeymoon, we took a plane to Colorado Springs, Colorado— a place known for it’s mountain ranges and elevation. Pikes Peak is the highest summit of the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, in North America, and is located 12 miles west of downtown Colorado Springs. During our time there, we hiked the eastern flank of Pikes Peak— a journey that admittedly, was more physically demanding than we had anticipated.
Inspired by the difficult trip to the top of Pikes Peak, I decided to give our brand the name Peak Physique Nutraceuticals.
Understanding that there will be days our goals seem too high and out of reach; recognizing that we’ll all get tired and out of breath at some point; and knowing that the process will, often times, seem too difficult— maybe even impossible— Peak Physique Nutraceuticals wants to supply you with the supplementation it will take for you to break through those obstacles, climb those mountains, and live out your fitness goals to the “peak” of your abilities!

Because of this conviction, we commit a portion of our proceeds to advancing the Kingdom of God—supporting the local church, funding mission work, spreading the Gospel, and investing in campus ministries that disciple the next generation of believers. What we are given is not meant to stop with us, but to flow through us.
